Counseling and Support for Navigating the Emotional Journey of Motherhood

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

From Heartbreak To Hope

The journey to parenthood is not always easy. Navigating the unexpected and overwhelming highs and lows of fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood can leave you feeling overwhelmed and lost.

  • Do you find that becoming a new parent is more challenging than you thought?

  • Do you find that your journey to parenthood is being met by difficulty conceiving, heartbreaking loss, or a more difficult pregnancy than you expected?

  • Is welcoming your new baby a rougher transition than expected, perhaps leaving you hurt or angry?

There is hope. I can help!

If you are struggling with infertility, you may feel overwhelmed by a sense of loss, isolation, or frustration as you face the emotional and physical demands of trying to conceive. Similarly, parents experiencing prenatal or postpartum depression, anxiety, panic, birth trauma, or PTSD often find themselves navigating intense emotions and challenges during what is, ideally, a joyful time. Your journey is unique, and I am here to support you through every step, helping you find ways to cope, find hope, and build resilience.

Private Pay & Insurance Options

I am currently a private-pay, out-of-network provider. While I don't accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, meaning they will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost.

To assist you, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay your co-insurance for our sessions instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This can save you, on average, 70% upfront on our sessions.

During our consultation call, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.
